My personal review: It’s a 5 out of 10. It’s fine, but it wouldn’t replace good homemade sourdough. I also couldn’t give it any high of marks because of the additives which I wasn’t a fan of. However, if someone wanted a “quick” easy sourdough, this ticks all the boxes. It still takes about 3 hours of resting time, but it’s far less then traditional sourdough. It has good flavor, but dried out rather quickly. I would not buy it again.
