Lamb has almost always been synonymous with Easter dinner in most of the world. I’ve had it several times and very rarely liked it. So when I ran across a recipe from Food Wishes that looked absolutely divine, I knew it was time for me to try again. And boy am I not sorry I did! I feel quite differently about lamb now!!
