This Key West Chicken is completely amazing and SO SO easy! It’s totally a #GetitTogetherandGo And once you make it… it will go (be devoured). Watch as I make it on the trays and in the basket (for kicks) in the #DeluxeAirFryer. The difference is phenomenal! It takes a little time to marinate this chicken, but if you use a #FoodSaver, it will take only seconds! Definitely a keeper #AirFryerRecipe!

Key West Chicken
Air Fryer
Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon lime juice
* 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
*4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
*For pressure cooker version: cornstarch and water

Directions for Air Fryer

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic in a gallon sized bag.
  2. Place chicken breast halves into a bowl or gallon bag. Make sure all the chicken is in the marinade. Seal the bag or cover and get in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. If you are using a food saver, use the marinade button and continue to the next step.
  3. Place your chicken on your trays and set your air fryer for 380F (170C) for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken in the middle.

Directions for Pressure Cooker

  3. Pour the whole bag of sauce and chicken into the pressure cooker and add ½ cup of water.
  4. Set for 7-9 minutes on high pressure (depending on how big your chicken is). Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pot. Turn the pot to sauté to thicken.
