Wings in the Deluxe Air Fryer (3 sauces)

Chicken in the #DeluxeAirFryer in pretty amazing, but how do wings turn out? Do they actually get crispy? Are they worth the hassle? And can you make them properly in the rotisserie basket? Ohh, I am so glad you asked! Because in this video I tackle wings (and 3 amazing sauces) and show you the results of a basket/tray air fry and using the rotisserie function/basket! Amazing results! These will be perfect for your game day celebration!

Sauce 1: Fragrant Herb Sauce (print recipe here)
* 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons canola oil
* Kosher salt
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 1/2 cup lightly packed parsley leaves
* 4 scallions, white and light green parts only, chopped
* 1 jalapeño—halved lengthwise, stemmed and seeded
* 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 1/2 habanero pepper, stemmed and seeded
* 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped thyme leaves
* 1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

Sauce 2: Maple-Chipotle Sauce (print recipe here)
* 2 1/2 tablespoons red hot sauce, preferably Frank’s Red Hot
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
* 1 canned chipotle pepper, minced
* 2 tablespoons maple syrup
* 1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Sauce 3: General Tso’s Sauce (print recipe here)
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
* 1/4 c. brown sugar
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tsp. ground ginger
* 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Wing directions for Deluxe Air Fryer: Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper then add to the basket of your Deluxe Air Fryer. Install basket into machine and set on Rotisserie for 45 minutes, check temp of the wings around the 35 minute mark. Remove when golden brown and chicken reaches 165.

Wing directions for other air fryers: Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper then lay single layer on your tray or in the basket of your air fryer. Set on 400 for 40 minutes. Turn your wings, shake your basket, and swap trays every 10 minutes. Check temp of the wings around the 35 minute mark. Remove when golden brown and chicken reaches 165.
