German Jager Schnitzel with Potato Salad – Adventures in Everyday Cooking

My aunt and uncle spent seven years stationed in Germany, so when my cousin Sydney came out for a visit to help in my recovery, you better believe we had to recreate this German favorite! Even though I love my air fryer, we had to pan-fry for authenticity but have no fear we have included the air fried and gluten free results!! I’m not trying to toot our horn or anything, but the husband said it was restaurant quality. But, you be the judge!
