Tik Tok is at it again, tempting me with easy recipes that really should NOT work! I’m still in awe that not only did this little hack actually work but it’s a keeper! So easy! And I decided to make it #GlutenFree! The only thing I’d change, is make it double layer with a cream filling.
How to make it: Combine 28 Oreo Cookies (blitzed up in the food processor) with 1 cup of milk. Pour into a parchment lined baking tin (for a taller cake, use a bread tin). Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes. As soon as it comes out, tip out the hot cake and place a chocolate bar over the top to allow it to melt. Spread it with an offset palette knife. Enjoy warm with a glass of milk.
