Flakey, buttery, nuggets of gold, today’s cookie is an oldie but goodie. The Spritz (shortbread) Cookie has been around a long time but I’ve never made them, so I thought today was the day to remedy this! I love how many choices there are for shapes using the cookie press (now if I can just get them to stick to the pan every time, I’ll be golden). I did see a tip only AFTER I made this… CHILL YOUR PAN. I’m trying that next time. And there will be a next time. So fun!
