It’s been a hot minute since I posted the menu for the week, so I thought I would jump on here and let you know what is coming up!
Right now we have two young adults in the house and two adults, so I always ask for their input on what they want for Dinner… and this is what I was told.
- Enchiladas
- Lemon Scallop Pasta
- Stroganoff
- Boxty – Irish recipe
- Chicken a la King
- Jalapeno Popper Soup
Will I make all these this week… well, possibly. Will they all be videos, mmmm, maybe. Sometimes I just want to get dinner done and not do my hair and my face for the world. BUT if I don’t do videos…. I will post the recipes. But only if they were worth it 😉
