Scotch Wellington Sausage Roll

Beef Wellington meets Scotch Egg…. meets sausage roll… equals one mouth-wateringly amazing recipe!

Seriously though, this is one of those I will tuck away to wow guests and give them a seriously scrumptious meal! Such fantastic flavors and oh so easy (once you roll out the pastry). This recipe comes from Nadiya Hussain who was the season 6 (2015) winner of The Great British Bake Off. She is quite the chef and home cook! I stumbled upon her series TIME TO EAT on Netflix this past month and totally love how easy her recipes are! I will be doing more!

I used a mild pork sausage, but I may try this again with a chicken sausage due to the fat content. But, any sausage you use will be amazing! It does require the use of Marmite (yeast extract) but totally worth the purchase! This was an excellent recipe!

Tools I used: Half-Sheet Pan, 1-cup prep bowls, Glass Mixing Bowl, Silicone Brush

Special ingredients used: Marmite yeast extract
