I absolutely love beets but I’ve never been brave enough to try my hand at making them myself. That all changed today when, on a whim, I grabbed some beets from the market and thought, let’s try them air fried! This is an easy recipe that makes tender delicious beets in just 15-20 minutes! I will be doing this now instead of buying canned beats!
