These steak bites are AMAZING! And it only takes about 8 minutes in the air fryer for the perfect medium-rare little nuggets of deliciousness!! I don’t know why I didn’t do this before now, but trust me when I tell you this is something you simply MUST TRY!! You can cook them to any doneness you desire (I did mine Medium rare and they were soooo good). Just start with the basics of cutting to bite sized chunks (but don’t go too small or they will overcook–yuk), seasonings your meat with salt, pepper, and a rub of your choice, then get those bad boys in your air fryer at 360F until they reach your desired doneness. Mine only took 8 minutes!!
