Beef Shank is an easy and cheap way to get a pretty good cut of steak, but cooking in your air fryer is absolutely something you have to try. All you have to do is marinate and season your shank, then get in your #airfryer at 400°F for 12 minutes for a medium-rare easy steak! So good!
I used Stubbs Beef Marinade (affiliate link: https://amzn.to/3SEZRnM ) in a vacuum seal bag (affiliate link: https://amzn.to/3SBiWqM ) and allowed it to marinate for 60 minutes prior to cooking. I then put it in my Deluxe Air Fryer (personal website: https://www.pamperedchef.com/pws/aecheather/shop/Small+Appliances/Air+Fryer/Deluxe+Air+Fryer/100194 ) at 400°F for 12 minutes.
