Freezer meals are one of the most amazing things ever! I meal prep several meals on one day and then stick them into the freezer. Then, on days when I “forget” about dinner, they are waiting for me to take out and pop in the pot of my choice! Most of my freezer meal recipes have “use the pot you got” directions! So you can use a stock pot, instant pot, or crock pot to make your meal! You can also make most of these recipes from FROZEN! Which means no thinking ahead on busy days. I just get home, unwrap my meal, and into the pot it goes.
