Using your holiday leftovers is something that many people struggle with (including me), so when I come across a recipe that helps me utilize them (Thanks Matt D), I was all for the adventure. And hello… POT PIE. This is such a nostalgic food for me (and my husband) that days after the pie was gone (and it was all gone in less than 24 hours), he is asking when we are going to have it again. So, I will be trying the beef one… soon!
