The Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer has wowed me again! Today I tried a whole pork roast in the rotisserie function and the results were PHENOMENAL! And if that wasn’t enough awesome for one video, I also made risotto in my instant pot… SAY WHAT?! Perfect texture! And in a 5 minute cook time, this is going to be added to my recipe vault as a stackable pressure cooking rockstar item!
Rotisserie directions: Cover pork with oil and your choice of seasoning. Install pork on the spit (or put into basket). Roast on 400 for 20m per pound or 375 for 25m per pound. Or until internal temp is 145. Allow to rest 15m before slicing.
