Cucumber Apple Slaw
1/2 cucumber, coarsely grated and squeezed dry
1 granny smith apple, coarsely grated and squeezed dry
2 Tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp South Carolina-Style Barbecue Rub
Sausage Wrap
4 links smoked sausage
