Spaghetti Squash – Cooked 4 Ways

You asked, so I’ve delivered! Spaghetti Squash in the #DeluxeAirFryer, in the oven, in the microwave, and in the #InstantPot! Check out the video to see what I think is the best way to cook your spaghetti squash!

Oven Instructions: Cut spaghetti squash in half and clean out the seeds. Place in high sided oven safe dish, with flesh side down. Add 1 cup of water and bake in preheated oven at 400 for 40 minutes.

Instant Pot Instructions: Cut spaghetti squash in half and clean out the seeds. Place squash on the wire rack inside the instant pot and add 1 cup of water. Seal (check valve) and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.

Deluxe Air Fryer Instructions: Cut spaghetti squash in half and clean out the seeds. Place squash on the air fryer rack (or in the basket) and air fry on 360 for 30 minutes.

Microwave Instructions: Cut spaghetti squash in half and clean out the seeds. Place in high sided microwaveable dish, with flesh side down. Add 1 cup of water and microwave for 10-30 minutes.
