Move over rotisserie, there’s a method in town! A couple weeks ago I was gifted the amazing Römertopf clay baker and while my first bake was just bread… I had to try a whole chicken. And OH MY WORD. Chicken in the Römertopf clay baker was so easy and the chicken turned out PHENOMENAL!
