Mixed Nut Butter – Deluxe Cooking Blender
Move over expensive nut butters, hello fresh homemade nut butter! Watch me make some mixed nut butter for a fraction of the cost of the “name brand” stuff. And, I can do it in 2 minutes and 20 seconds with my #DeluxeCookingBlender! And I control what’s in it!!
Recipe notes: I used roasted and salted mixed nuts and 1 tablespoon of veg oil. I probably will not use veg oil in the future because my butter was a little too creamy. If you are using raw unsalted nuts, roast first and add salt to your nut butter.
