Air Fryer Chile Relleno
We love Mexican inspired food at our house, so this week I decided to jump in with both feet on a Chile Relleno adventure! At first, I really didn’t think this recipe was going to be worth the effort it was taking, but one bite told me otherwise! If you can get through the fiddly bits (peeling those peppers) you will be rewarded with fantastic flavors! Now if I could just figure out how to make them prettier! LOL
