Chicken Vindaloo & Naan

This week, after getting a wild hair (inspired indirectly by Alex, at #FrenchGuy Cooking on YouTube), I plunged head first into the world of Indian cuisine! This video was waaaay overdue after my purchase of a Spice Mountain curry from London last season and now, I’m not sure why I waited! This Chicken Vindaloo was SOOO good, my oldest told me she felt like it was take-away curry from an Indian restaurant. Holy smokes, that is the BEST compliment EVER!!! And you better believe, we are going to adventure down more of these curry roads in the near future!! I am so excited that I can now have Indian food at home!

PS, it was only after this video that I realized I could go on Spice Mountains website and find recipes to use their curry mixes. I swear I looked before, after I first got them. But I just looked again… and yep, they have recipes. Geeesh, what a noob!
