Easy Garlic Infused Oil
Garlic oil is so easy to make and it takes literally (or not so literally) 5 minutes! You just need some olive oil and some garlic and voilà, you’ll be cooking with the best oil you’ve ever tasted. So easy!

Easy Garlic Infused Oil
Ingredients:
1 cup of oil
6-8 cloves of garlic
You will need a glass bottle or jar with tight fitting lid for storage
Directions:
Place oil and garlic into sauce pan. Heat on med/high until the oil starts to boil. Immediately turn down the heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain the cloves from the oil (or you can keep the garlic in the oil, it’s your preference). Allow the oil to cool to the touch before bottling it. Store in airtight container for 1 month.
