Homemade Döner Kebab
If you’ve ever eaten a Döner Kebab, you know how completely amazing they can be. It doesn’t matter if it’s lamb, chicken, or beef… Döner Kebab’s are delicious. And when I saw this technique (no rotisserie needed) and recipe on My Name is Andong’s YouTube channel, I knew I had to try it!! And it’s sooo easy, any homecook can do it!! Check it out!

Andong’s Kebab mince marinade recipe:
700g of minced meat
400g yoghurt
1 Tbsp paprika powder
1 Tbsp paprika flakes
1,5 Tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried marjoram
salt to taste, around 1 Tbsp
Andong’s dressing recipe:
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp water
2 cups full fat greek yoghurt
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp rice (or other light) vinegar
1 Tbsp dried dill
1 Tbsp dried mint
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Suggested ingredients you will need for assembly:
tortilla or pita
Red cabbage
Red onion
julienned tomatoes (seeded)
julienned cucumbers
iceberg lettuce
I also used parchment for delivery to the table.

320g all purpose flour
4.5g yeast
7g salt
195g water
Andong’s chicken döner marinade recipe:
meat of 2 chicken legs (thigh + drumstick)
2 Tbsp yoghurt
1 Tbsp paprika powder
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
Suggested ingredients you will need for assembly:
1/3 red bell pepper
1/3 green bell pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
