Overnight Oat Cups
By request, I’m sharing my Overnight Oat Cups! They are seriously delicious and so very easy to make and share! And I shared these a lot this month!
Overnight Oat Cups
Instructions
Add the following ingredients to a 1/2 pint jar (with rings and lids)
– 1/4 cup oats (old fashion or instant oats)
– 1/4 cup of milk (oat milk is my fav, but any will work)
– 1 Tablespoon of Chia (optional, but lovely)
– 1/4 cup flavored or unflavored yogurt (greek or regular)
– 1/4 cup of fruit (fresh or frozen)
– 1-2 Tablespoons of honey (if your milk is unsweetened)
Stir well and place a lid on the top. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. You can eat it cold (my preference) or heat in the microwave.
