Peter Piper (well actually, it was the fella) picked up a peck (not a literal peck, but close… 2lbs) of peppers! So instead of allowing them to go bad in the veggie drawer, I tried my hand at pickling! And whoa… HOW EASY!!! These peppers were hot and pickled, and the fella says they are amazing. I just think they are hot… and boy, I had a moment.
I quick pickled jalapeño, habanero & fresno peppers.
