Air Fryer Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (divided)
- About 2 cups frozen tater tots (enough to cover dish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for serving
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Place ground beef, onion, and garlic in a heat-safe casserole dish that fits in your air fryer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir Worcestershire sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of the cheese into the beef mixture until well combined.
- Smooth beef mixture evenly in the dish. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the tots.
- Return dish to air fryer and cook at for 12–15 minutes, until tater tots are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
