Sous Vide Ribeye – Anova vs Pampered Chef
As requested, I’ve put the Anova Immersion Circulator up against Pampered Chef’s Deluxe Multi Cooker in a sous vide ribeye battle! I won’t lie, I really thought this was going to go differently then it did, but I’m thrilled at the results and of course, you can’t go wrong with ribeye.

How I cooked the ribeyes:
Salt your steaks on both sides, then season with your favorite rub (I used Woodfired Garlic Rub from Kinders – https://amzn.to/3D8wbaC). Seal in a bag.
Set your water temp to 125° and your timer 2 hours.
