Repurposing leftovers (and creating recipes using them) is probably one of my favorite adventures in the kitchen! Watch how I take my left over spaghetti squash and transform it into a fabulous lasagna! And bonus, it’s #ketofriendly. What’s amazing about this type of recipe is that you can really tailor it to your taste (change out the cheeses or the spices) or/and add in more veggies (like mushrooms and olives!). Such a fun recipe!
