Things that make you go MMMMMMM!! 😉 If you are tired of the joe-average… this recipe is for you! But beware, once you bring this Broccoli Salad to a potluck or event, you will forever be asked to bring it. Forever. Just ask my Auntie Kim who, as luck would have it, came over to demonstrate this family favorite! It’s a serious crowd pleaser and oh so easy to make!


Kim’s Broccoli Salad
3 heads of broccoli, cut into small bite sized pieces
4 green onions, both green and white parts, sliced thin
1/2 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup cashews, chopped
3/4 cup of craisins, or raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar

Make the dressing: Mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar together in a large bowl. Taste and adjust for your liking. Put cut broccoli, sliced onions, crumbled bacon, chopped cashews, and craisins into the bowl. Mix well.
