If you’ve ever been to Disney World, you know that on a hot day the famous Dole Whip hits every spot. At least that’s what my friends tell me, since I’ve never been. So if you have a hankering for this frozen treat and you have a blender, this recipe is quick & easy and very refreshing! And I’m told, it tastes just like the real thing!
Products I used in this video:
- 2 cups Pineapple Chunks 20oz can
- 4 oz pineapple juice ½ cup, saved from the can
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- The day before: Drain pineapple, but reserve the pineapple juice to use tomorrow. Place chunks in a freezer bag and freeze flat 6 hours or until completely frozen.
- The day of: Break pineapple chunks and add to the blender. Add pineapple juice and ice cream. Blend for 1 minute using the tamper to move ingredients around. Once all the pineapple chunks are incorporated, you are ready to serve.
