Fauxcaccia – Focaccia


As requested, here is another pop-can recipe that will save valuable time over this holiday season! This quick recipe will be an amazing addition to your table and comes together in minutes and if you don’t tell your guests, they’ll never know it’s not focaccia!

Faux-caccia

Ingredients:
Pop-can Pizza Crust/Dough
Olive oil
Italian Seasoning
Kalamata Olives (with brine)

Directions:
Generously oil an 8×12 sheet pan (with high sides) and roll your pizza dough out into the pan. Dimple the top of your dough and spread with olive oil. Mix 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning into 1-2 Tablespoons of kalamata olive brine. Brush over the top of your dimpled dough. Sprinkled sliced kalamata olives over the top of your dough. Bake at 450F for 15-20 minutes or until your bread is crispy and there are brown patches across the top.
