Your pressure cooker isn’t just for meat! Today I’m making Banana Bread in the Instant Pot (any pressure cooker will work). You literally throw your favorite banana bread recipe into a pressure safe vessel (I used the Pampered Chef Springform Pan) and set your IP for 65 minutes. Then BAM, moist delicious bread!
NOTE: You can use a gluten free banana bread recipe! Also note, the key here is to figure out how long it will take YOUR bread to reach your desired doneness. 65 minutes works for my altitude, just check it after your time and add 5-10 minutes until you reach your desired results.
